ICARUS - Safety First

The International Council of Air Shows (ICAS) ICARUS form is a confidential, voluntary and responsive reporting channel to notify the ICAS Director of Operations of your concerns about hazardous conditions in the air show industry. Any person(s) may use the ICARUS Form to report a hazardous condition or situation to the ICAS Director of Operations.

Please Note: The ICARUS Form is designed to supplement your local hazard reporting channels. Your first responsibility is to report any hazardous conditions using your organizations established reporting procedures. The ICARUS Form is to be used if:

You noted a hazard that could occur at another airshow
You have reported a hazardous condition locally with no action taken
You are not satisfied with the response of a reported hazardous condition
You fear reprisal if you were to report the hazardous condition through local reporting channels.
